(EN) Tender Hunger reimagines hunger as a storyteller. Not merely a biological signal, hunger becomes a voice that speaks of desire, absence, memory, creation, and fragility. In this project, hunger is understood both as a bodily sensation and an emotional and cultural condition. Visitors are invited to step into a space where hunger is no longer invisible or ignored – but translated into forms that can be seen, held, and emotionally encountered. By materializing the intangible feeling of hunger, the installation encourages reflection on our relationship with food, nature, and the finite resources that sustain life. It asks a simple yet profound question: What does it mean to feel hunger in a world where abundance and waste coexist? Through this lens, Tender Hunger becomes a quiet call for awareness, empathy, and responsibility.

(IT) Tender Hunger reimmagina la fame come narratrice. Non più soltanto un segnale biologico, la fame diventa una voce che parla di desiderio, assenza, memoria, creazione e fragilità. In questo progetto, la fame è intesa sia come sensazione corporea sia come condizione emotiva e culturale. I visitatori sono invitati a entrare in uno spazio in cui la fame non è più invisibile o ignorata, ma tradotta in forme che possono essere viste, toccate e vissute emotivamente. Materializzando l’intangibile sensazione della fame, l’installazione invita a riflettere sul nostro rapporto con il cibo, con la natura e con le risorse finite che sostengono la vita. Pone una domanda semplice ma profonda: Cosa significa provare fame in un mondo in cui abbondanza e spreco coesistono? Attraverso questa prospettiva, Tender Hunger diventa un invito silenzioso alla consapevolezza, all’empatia e alla responsabilità.
